Malachian EMPIRE

We are the indigenous aboriginals of the Malachian Empire, which is considered a micro nation as it relates to legal classification. The Malachian Empire is occasionally designated as the Republic of Malachi or the Malachian tribal government in furtherance of our inherent powers of self-government, in order to take advantage of the opportunities for economic independence and social advancement.

The Malachian Empire is Unincorporated and is non-profit faith based tribal organization populated with free spirited foreign nationals who reside outside but travel witihin the United States.

Our Objective

Our objective is to promote the general welfare of the Malachian Empire and its members while securing the benefits, rights, and privileges provided by God and the Creator.

The jurisdiction and governmental powers of the Malachian Empire shall be consistent with natural law and extend outside the exterior boundaries of Malachian Empire to all tribal members. These powers shall also extend to any persons or property which are already present or may hereafter be included with the jurisdiction and under any laws of Malachian Empire.
