Interaction with External Authorities: Members of the Malachian Empire understand that their decision not to possess or provide portrait or photograph identification documents issued by external entities may affect their ability to access certain services or engage in specific transactions with non-affiliated organizations or government agencies. The Malachian Empire is not responsible for any consequences, including but not limited to, denial of services, legal actions, or penalties resulting from a member's adherence to this religious belief.

Responsibility of Members: Each member of the Malachian Empire is responsible for understanding and adhering to the Organization's religious beliefs, including the prohibition on the use of portrait or photograph identification documents issued by external entities. Members are encouraged to seek guidance from the Organization's leadership in case of any doubts or questions regarding these beliefs and their practical implications.

No Liability: The Malachian Empire shall not be held liable for any actions, consequences, or damages resulting from a member's adherence to the Organization's religious beliefs, including but not limited to the prohibition on the use of portrait or photograph identification documents issued by external entities.

No External Contract or Ownership: The private tribal names used in the public registry do not belong to, nor hold any contract with, any other agency, government entity, or external organization. Respect for Sovereignty: The use of private tribal names within the Malachian Empire's public registry is an expression of the Organization's autonomy and sovereignty as a faith-based, non-federal micro-nation and tribal government.
